What is a retainer fee?
When an agency charges a retainer fee, they are essentially asking the client to pay a set amount on a regular basis (usually monthly) in exchange for ongoing services. This is often used for projects that require ongoing support or maintenance, such as social media management, content creation, or SEO optimisation.
Our retainer model
Our retainer services operate differently than other agencies. We’ll agree upon a set of hours each month and the rate for those hours. Don’t worry, if any of the hours you purchased don’t get used in that month, they’ll be rolled over to the following month.
