Retainer for ongoing work
Our Time & Materials engagement
When we enter a time and material engagement with our clients, we are essentially billing the client for the amount of time spent working on a project (usually measured in hours) as well as any expenses or materials that were required to complete the work.
This is often used for projects where the scope or requirements are uncertain, making it difficult to provide a fixed-cost estimate.
Time tracking
To determine the billable hours, we will typically track our teams time using a system such as timesheets. We may also factor in other costs such as travel expenses, software licenses, or equipment rentals.
Billing made easy
Once the project or item of work is complete, we invoice the client based on the total number of hours worked multiplied by an hourly rate, as well as any additional expenses incurred during the project.
The hourly rate may vary depending on factors such as the experience level of the staff working on the project or market rates in a particular industry.
Keeping you informed
To ensure transparency and accountability, our team will often provide our clients with regular updates on their progress and estimated costs throughout the course of a project. They will provide detailed invoices that break down all of the costs associated with each phase of work.
